🔧 Troubleshooting File Upload & Answer Checking Issues
❌ Answer checking not accurate?
  • Make sure both files are from the same CUET exam session
  • Answer key and response files must have matching question IDs
  • Check if files were saved completely (not partial/truncated)
  • Verify files are in HTML format, not PDF or other formats
⚠️ File upload not working?
  • Only HTML files (.html, .htm) are supported
  • Maximum file size is 500KB per file
  • Try using "Add Single File" if "Add Multiple Files" doesn't work
  • Clear browser cache and try again
  • Disable browser extensions that might block file uploads
💡 Best practices for accurate results:
  • Save complete HTML pages using Ctrl+S (not screenshots or PDFs)
  • Use the same browser for saving both answer key and response files
  • Check file sizes - very small files (<10KB) are usually incomplete
  • For multi-subject: One response file can be used for all subjects if it contains all answers
✅ File validation tips:
  • Look for file size warnings (yellow highlighting) - these indicate potential issues
  • Check the console (F12 → Console) for detailed parsing information
  • If calculations seem wrong, try re-saving the files using the tutorial below
